yes, i agree, the scanlines aren't working. i went to norway once, when i was about 8 or 9. fjords, lots of fjords. and fish for breakfast.

I like the scan lines, but I think the whole image needs to be bigger. I tend to think of scan lines in relation to a large television or an extreme close-up of any televsion. The lines here seem like a 40" TV. (I know, I sound like a TV freak, but I went to school for that sort of thing. They never intended TVs to get bigger than 27" so you start to notice the lines at that size and above). But that's just me.
