This strikes me (pleasantly) as Elven-kind meets Bene Gesseritt, considering the female focus of the image and their formal dress. One must be quite adept at fighting in all circumstances, ya know...so yeah, formal dress training is a logical part of a training routine. All of that aside, this is a marvelous image and I love the detailing and the ethereal mood.
