Hello everyone and thanks for looking...
This mushy lovey dovey picture is mostly for my wife, who put up with all my Halloween and nightmare pictures over the last month or so. The characters textures came from a website called Illusions-Designs.net, and this was my first test render using the textures. They came out pretty good, but seemed to render pretty slowly. Of course, it could also have been the hair, which always seems to render more slowly depending on how complex the mesh and the amount of transparency in it.
In any case, have a great weekend, and the action packed horror-movie inspired renders will continue soon enough.

Great posing, I like how the skin turned out. I'd say the likely culprit is the hair. I find two things always tend to bog down my renders, a mesh that's over poly'd, or hair, especially big hair.

This looks great, wasn't sure I actually was in your gallery - I thought I was in a girls - lol - just tease'n, you know exactly what I'm talk'n about though don't ya Mr. Lovey Dovey - lol - yeah, I read that too. all kidding aside, I really like this, it looks like it has different lighting then what I'm use to in your gallery too. - different, but still in your style... a great piece to add to your gallery.

Nicely posed and good expressive faces, good soft lighting, too. I'd say the hair is the culprit, all of those curlicues can really bog down a system. Nice that you took the time to do one for the wifey, now let's get back to those tentacles!
