Description

Was thinking of the Laramie, Wyoming, area back in the very earliest days of ranching. Here we have a pioneer rancher--a lone cowboy who has built his own cabin and has a very small herd of longhorns. In reality, most of the early operations were probably quite a bit bigger. I like to think that this is an enterprizing young man who may have a sweetheart or wife back in Laramie. Perhaps he is on his way to town to bring her back to their ranch. Let's hope. Thanks for looking. Your comments and encouragements on previous postings are msot appreciated. Jeremy CREDITS: Cowboy: DAZ Michael 4, clothing is Ravenhair's "Cowboy for M4 and Hiro" (DAZ) Horses: "LoREZ Horse" by Predatron (DAZ). Cabin: "Pioneer Cabin" by Gary Miller (Cornucopia3d). Reminds me of my youth in The Montana (and Wyoming) hinterlands: time shared with the Nations, Assiniboine, Crow, Grose Ventre & Blackfot. Peaceful & beautiful country & good people. :-) Thanks for the memory of olden times.
