Didi made her debut in my gallery on December 9, 2008 in a post called "Claire's Hot Mom." She was meant to be a one-shot gag character, the joke being - get this - that she had big breasts. At the time I had no idea that she would evolve into THE main character of my gallery! I'm hoping that she has become a fully fleshed-out, well-rounded character. (Ahem.) Anyone who is familiar with the "TVTropes" website might be able to identify her as a total CHICK, and I mean that in a good way. She is also quite a Mom... Long before she became a parent. There is a reason for this which I will not get into at the moment. She isn't stupid, but is just enough of an airhead without going overboard - a reflection of her both her age and the times. And, she seems blissfully unaware that guys are very focused on her chest. I must have known she would be important because her sister KELLY was introduced only a few weeks later. Curiously, her friends EVE and HELEN were introduced on the same page (September 9, 2009), again as rather peripheral characters. All of them have had their concepts evolve since their first appearances, so it's kind of jarring to see them in older posts. I haven't had any direct complaints that Didi is too much of a Pollyanna, although some may be thinking it. For those looking for more of an "edge," keep your eyes open. A time-shift is on the horizon, where we will start focusing on Kelly again. Thanks for reading all this!
