Description
Goddess of the Cosmos, Nebula, paints the night sky with beautiful colors.
I made this while I was half asleep. Looks pretty good, IMO. I made it dreamy with the Mood Art actions. The magic effects are from plasma effect brushes. The outfit is Elf Age Light. The background is something I got at DAZ for the cycloplane. This skin is the free newsletter texture from Sabby. Yay free textures are good :)

I know how it feels to make art while half asleep, I do it all the time because I work 12.5 hour days then create lol. Yours worked very well :)
