Yes, I have spent more time working on my book cover for this year's challenge than actually writing. Sue me. ~_^
What's going on in this image? I'm honestly not sure. Ryald has a map, so maybe they're lost. W'rath is apt to be someone who refuses to ask for directions, so it's entirely possible they meant to do terrible things to the members of the Temple of the Wolf, but ended up at the Temple of the Snake. I'm betting it won't make much difference.
Who/what are they looking at? Probably Raven who's wondering why she got left off the cover. She's also probably dying to tease W'rath about not asking for directions.
It's 0230 here and I only slept 3 hours this past day, so please forgive my lame ramblings. If I'm up to it tomorrow I'll pop back in and add some info about the props/figures/textures/lights used.

If this is a really book cover you might want to consider making a text a shade/color of red or purple to balance the lower part of your image. I'd also consider the cropping to make it more portrait-oriented (as most books usually are) and adding DOF effect to bring figures more from a background. But I like characters and colors and mood of the picture is nice :) Thank you :)

Well I know that I'D buy this book in a minute seeing all of the Drow on the cover!! Love all the different things the characters are doing and how they're posed!
