A very good image. I'd try to use some light to shadow the face to give it some more depth, but that's me.

This is better for sure, much better detail on the skin texture. I would suggest dropping out the backlit fill light as it is not doing anything for your scene and is giving the strong white edges. She will show up well enough against this background.

Yes, Eyes are what I was mainly working on. Seems I have a very bad eye for lighting. Going to have to work on that. As I look at what I have posted, the lips are still shiny like gloss on them. I do not want that. A "normal" person does not have shiny lips. I run into this a lot with Poser 2010. Something to do with specular settings, but there are so many choices hard to figure out which ones I need to work on. Forget the manual, it only offers small hints.?!! That reflection on the left eye is not supposed to be there either. I can't seem to get rid of it?!! I'm working with DAZ studio Kids 4, just because the faces on V4 I don't much care for. I also only quickly filled in background using Corel, so missed some of the white around the edges. Maybe someday I will get the hang of this stuff, but I do enjoy playing with it. Oh well, maybe back in a few days, or if I have a revelation, sooner. HA!
