Description
Been working on this one since I saw the cover of the newest Fallout game. New Vegas. I thought the N.C.R. Elite Ranger looked so awesome, that I wanted to try and create something as similar as possible. Finally came up with this little render. So here's my tribute to Fallout:New Vegas
