there is no way this is at all bryce.. its all airbrushed... the shapes are too real.. but now come to think of it i just see how you did that branches its lightning.. nice touch blends in great.. but the grass and all that.. you must have some killer ass plugins for photoshop

Excellent work, well planned and executed. Why is it that some people think that skill (and talent) can be replaced by 'Killer ass Plugins' ?

Simply amazing. Well, maybe not simple, but definately amazing. Great looking trees and the grass is good too. Nice scene, even better walk i'll bet.

Absolutely beautiful Andy! - reminds me of a David Dipnal (UK landscape artist) - All hail the 'Killer Ass Talent Plugin' installed in your head! - ;)

Well there are no killer ass plugins used :),, only filters I used were lighting effects and gaussian blur to correct the bryce render, then detail like small branches and grasses are added with a wacom pen.

Excellent I have watched and learned from a true Master even tho he didnt realise he had a pupil and I for one dont care how Andy finished the Superb Pic This is an Excellent piece one I wish I could do,But the big thing to remember hear is that the finished piece is a Master piece and He tells us all the time that he uses a Wacom Tablet and many layers so it just takes time and Layers and many saves to achieve this type of result...but alas the pupil struggles while the Master strives on...So is life

This is great. The place where Bryce stops and your postwork starts is impossible to detect. I can normally spot a Bryce render at 10,000 paces, but this one would've had me foxed if it hadn't been in the Bryce section. One question - is this the original render size, or do you render 3Kx3K or something for poster prints?

Another masterpiece by one of my most favorite artists. Andy, if you have someday a little time left I'd love to see a tutorial explaining the creation of this or a similar image.

I 'm just visiting your site this morning and saw this incredible piece...and "Down by the river" too...I'm speechless Andy...such an amount of pure beauty and sensibility...What an artist! I think the kromekat comment fits perfectly : you really have "a killer ass talent plugin" installed in your brain : )) Thanks!

If I didn't know it. I would most likely have said that this was all painted by hand and brush. This is a real masterpeace.

Hi andy, you know, I like your artwork a lot BUT : your artwork is not BRYCE !!!! put it under " Mixed Gallery" thats fine, but not under BRYCE - no one can do pictures like yours only with BRYCE - so, why do you put your artwork under the BRYCE Gallery and not under the " Mixed Gallery " ? I am still your friend, Rolf
