[best viewed full sized] Hello All! I took this pic of my cat Purdy a couple of days ago, staring out of the window and watching the birds in the garden. I have darkened the background and also used slight dodge and burn to show off the detail in her fur a little better. The Neat Image plug-in was used in a layer mask just on her eye which helps it to look a bit more glassier. I have also slightly boosted the colour saturation. Thanks for looking and any comments and critique are, as always, more than welcome and valued! Carl

George Carlin once said that cats always look like they're trying out new contact lenses. Purdy's looks like a cat's eye marble. This is an excellent capture of a pretty feline. The post work works wonderfully well.

Purdy looks so intense in this wonderful capture. She isn't in the slightest bit interested in you taking her photo. I love how her eye really stands out.
