Description

Mandelbulb 3d/PS7 Firstly I want to thank Greyone for Rendering this parameter file for me on his much faster machine. It proved to me no matter how long it took I was going to have to do it. Secondly the inital time estimate was drastically off. Even at 1800x900 it was 17 hrs but after an hour rendering it was down to 6hrs remaining, it only took 4.5 total. That's wasn't so bad, MoJo's take a lot longer than that but still pretty long for one from MB3D. Thanks for the l@@k

I can see the Ark. What a stunning image Len. Yes, Zoom is a must to see all the delicacy of light and textures. Isn't it great to have friends who can help out. What a nice place this is.

I know it takes a lot of render time, depending on how deep the search to detail you will go. Nevertheless, my rendertime of a 3000x 4000 goes never more over 2 hours. It must be the machine and processor I think. I work on a 3 years old Core 2 duo T7500, 2200 GHh 4Gb memory HP notebook, with Vista! on it. Still another wonderful MB result. RS

Amazing result this turned out Len. Since I ended up downloading MB3D1.6 so i could try rendering this for you, I ended up spending the night playing with the program. It is not as simple to manipulate as APO or UF is, but it is well worth the time to learn when it turns out magnificent images like this one.

Worth Every Second Len. I suggest you get a fat grant and print these at least 40x60" or larger ... It would be fantastic, and I bet you could find a fanzy patron/gallery. Love your work with each creation!
