Description

Rose said tiredly, "This is it? What enthusiastic response!" Aldus responded in a tone of exhaustion,"Well, what do you want? Everyone to abandon ship in front of us?" She rubbed her forehead and said,"That almost made sense to me! I have a concussion!" Her sister-in-law ,Lt Cmdr Hawkwing,said sarcastically,"Don't whine! I'm listed down as your 'Sister-in-law' on all the Tapponok lists! At least Amma gets to stay on the shuttle we get to borrow! God... I hate these jackets!" Chief Engineer Perro said,"GUYS! Can we NOT complain for two minutes?" TWL yelled tiredly from the far side of the crowd,"I thought that these are the Captain's comments? Isn't he the one to say those things?" Perro said back,"HEY! If he's going say anything like that...? I'll shut up!!" Captain Dokka Tkarro couldn't remain quiet any longer and exclaimed,"Alright, Shut the hell the up! We don't get dressed up in the awful outfits often,so hang onto to your self! Gawd,you people complain about anything!" River Prince tripped up Perro, who fell at his and his wife's feet. He reached out for his wife and asked,"Help me out! I just fell on my ass!" She looked over at Prince and said,"I don't know you lot!" Prince said,"I don't either!" TWL said something obscene to the Captain, who muttered back something equally obscene. They laughed. Rose shook her head as the Tapponok travel pods arrived. She sighed,"I'm pretty sure, I don't know any of you in this life,too! My head hurts! Why do I have to come along?" The captain grinned as the Taponnok landed their pods around the landing place,"It's your own damned fault, lady! If you hadn't been so damned popular ..." Aldus said,"... also we're going because we had had our DRESS UNIFORMS! If everyone else had the same thing, they'd be off to have swan and unicorn testicle sandwiches, TOO!" Perro climbed to his feet and burst out laughing with the rest of the crew there. The captain shouted,"'UNICORN TESTICLE SANDWICHES!?!?!'" There was some confusion amongst the Tapponok pilots as they loaded up the Nautilus crew, that was laughing uproariously. After some offering of ordering somewhere, the Tapponok Pilots were discouraged to not find out what 'Unicorn Testicle Sandwiches' tasted like! The big party was finally on. The River Prince kept his eyes on Perro, like he was told to by Toxic. He had to keep his eyes open for another chance to trip him up. He wasn't sure why, but he kept watch. --to be continued!--

Wonderful as usual. I believe this is the first time I've seen an up-close of Rose, is it? I'm horrible with names and even worse with keeping up with characters in stories. XD In any event, your work is detailed both from afar and upclose.

I was as confused as Rose was at first, till I finally figured out they were hasseling each other because of the Dress Uniforms. As Faemike said, "The render is impressive and the story/dialogue is outstanding."

I dont know... To me they seem as if they are not themselves... and don't realise it. The last three have confused me. I have been putting it into, or trying to put it into context? Their speach patterns their behavoirs.. "She smells good?" .. All seem off to me. ((Sorry about not responding like i have. On top of being busy i have been feeling weel as I have been having Sinus problems I cant seem to get rid of. My voice is all raggedy.. lolol!! It been no fun at all.)) But back to the story, something just does not seem right.

Having read CrownPrince's comment, I went back and looked over the last three again. His insight is always very good. Most of the weird behavior, at least up to this episode, I can see as being a result of Crimson getting some of Toxic's blood. It did occur to me (having just commented on the one where Levi disciplined Toxic and Prince) that her lesson didn't seem to have stuck in his mind considering what he said to Crimson. But he did just say it and not follow up with action. But a lot gets by me and the action and dialog in this one are pretty strange. They are complaining a lot, and they are acting a little like they are drugged. Everything from after the Captain yells at them to the end is strange, though perhaps it can be explained by exhaustion, horrible dress uniforms, and going to a Tapponok function they have been dreading. There are some people missing, how did they manage to duck going? Where's Floona? Whatever is going on, the Tapponok's overhearing of 'Unicorn Testicle Sandwiches' and their reaction, is very funny. Great episode and image!
