Description

Here is my first serious result of my new medium, PASTELS. I never tried them before. Only few weeks ago, I realized, that there are Pastels and there are oil Pastels. I have a few Oil pastels, I never really felt for and therefore only used a few times. I have 4-5 more pieces of loose experiments with Pastel, but this is the one I really worked on. First I bought 10 pastels in a little box to try them out and got hooked. I ordered 3 different boxed with Soft pastels, harderpastels and pastel pencils. NOW I can work with many colors and I have alot of fun :-) I hope you can recognize this piece from a photo I uploaded a few days ago. Or atleast you recognize the shapes :D... Super, Helle! A very good result, and I really love the way the colours make the shapes and there are no 'outlines'..excellent! I told you I make much too much mess with these,and get the stuff all over my clothes and up my nose! But I love oil pastels, and I get on quite well with the pastel pencils.
