Description

Princes kept the view..... Or possibly princesses. "There must be some way out of here" said the joker to the thief. "There's too much confusion", I can't get no relief. Businessmen, they drink my wine, plowmen dig my earth. None of them along the line know what any of it is worth." Partial lyrics only, to comply with Rendo's TOS. Lyrics by Bob Dylan. Just a bit of playing around tonight - exploring the possibilities with this new system, and trying a few new things that have found a home in my runtimes. This is the magnificent watchtower by Avateata, which may be found in the freestuff area. Thanks to all these brilliant artists for thier generousity! The character is JessiLynn - don't know who her creator is. A search of the marketplace came up empty... I scaled the tower up to 196% so my figure would be the correct size. I played around with some of the colors in the material room, and also played with the ambiance settings and color for the windows, and red / green lights. I kind of mixed and matched clothing elements from several sets for my lovely Jedi. The Lief Erikson ship makes yet another appearance. OBJ file by Bill Redfern and Mapper. The stars and planet background were done in Photoshop. Hope everyone is having a great weekend! As always, thanks so much for all your support, comments, and faves!

Very nice, Rod. Sometimes I also scale props to fit it to the scene. It's amazing to see what you can do with different items from your runtime. So perfectly composed and the background is more than amazing!

Incredible scene. Nicely done. Nice to see a Jedi who doesn't wear the frumpy brown uniform.

Excellent scene Rod. Love the planet and stars background! I once tried creating a star field using someone's online tutorial but the tutorial seemed to leave gaps and it didn't come out right. Oh well. Nice work on this.

I was all set to make a nice and concise comment, and all plans got thrown under a train when I saw the title to this and decided to listen to that frakkin' song! Again! It appeared in 3 versions in the re-imagined Battlestar Galactica and the full-on rock-out version (done in the Battlestar Galacitica mode) is good enough to make your ears bleed as you listen to it at full volume. Needless to say, it fits (flawlessly) with this scene as well! And I love what you've done to the scene here...the character, the environment, the ships in the background. All of it is fantastic. And now that I've heard that song three times in the time it took to write this, I'm gonna go listen to it yet again. In case your're interested. You can hear it HERE. This image rocks!
