Description

On a distant Mars-like world, a group of returning fighters firewall the the throttles as they try to beat the oncoming sandstorm about to engulf the city. Bryce 6.1, Studio Max 6, World Machine, Photoshop CS3 and UV Mapper. All models are mine except for some buildings from Baumgarten and Rendo free section. It's much better in full size. Gorgeous landscape combined with the futuristic/alien city. Love the slight angle to the image as it lends itself to the idea that we observing the scene while riding in one of the approaching ships. Happy Thanksgiving to you too, glad to have met you on your trip to Denver!

The terrain, its colors; and, the city and port are right on - the scale fits perfectly. The air ships colors are striking and are a bold contrast to the composition.
