Description
The Princess And The Faerie Dragon
One day when Princess Lyn-Marie was walking in the palace garden, her eyes did behold a very unusual sight. There on the lush green lawn was a faerie dragon, she reach down and picked it up in her hands and lifted it up where she could get a good look at this magical creature. She was astonished to see the creature had created larger sparkling spears of bright lights.
“Oh please don’t be frightened little dragon,” said Princess Lyn-Marie, “I don’t mean you any harm!” The little dragon was more at ease hearing the sweet gentle voice of the princess. He spoke
saying, “Thank you dear princess for being so kind to me. I have seen you often in this garden and wanted to speak but was to frightened. You have always seemed to be a very gentle soul.”
The princess then put the little dragon back on the lawn, where he just sat there and made no attempt to run away. She sat down in the grass beside him and started to sing in her beautiful voice, which was very soothing to the dragon. She told him stories about her childhood and how she had often dreamed of having a faerie dragon for a friend to play with. That day was the beginning of a lifelong friendship between the princess and the dragon, even though they were from two entirely different worlds.
