Description

This poem and picture is for my friend Brandy aka dakotabluemoon. She told me how much she loves walking in the snowflakes so I used some of the lines from what she told me and added a few of mine to go along with them and this is what I came up with. I hope she likes it. My beautiful friend Brandy is fighting leukemia and will not be able to post and comment as much for a while because she is getting ready to get a bone marrow transplant from her twin sister. I am sending her all my prayers and I hope you will to. Randy

SUPERB work and writing/dedication for a MOST KIND SOUL! *(I'll copy/paste a little HUMOR below if you don't mind to put a SMILE on her face). TallPockets. SNOWFLAKES AND WOMEN (A quizzical look at my two fascinations) The sculptured snowflake - Alights on the ground Ever so softly - A sight quite profound Millions and billions - At winter we meet As with all women - Each one is unique Snowflakes look harmless - So white and so pure Though some can harm you - We have learned for sure If many do fall - Within the same space The ditch you may be - At rush hour race Which just goes to show - Each bad and each good Majestic beauty - Still not understood For eons man has - Thought hard to find out What gals and snowflakes - Are truly about He wonders how they - So soft and so slight Can cause him such grief - Like thieves in the night Both gorgeous to view - As they pass nearby May cause him to smile - Or cause chest, big ~SIGH~ Realizes he won’t - Most probably know In his earthly life - Will go with the flow When heaven he gets - The LORD he will bug “What makes women tick?” - And HE will just shrug! Well we've finally discovered at least two people on this site that like snow! A wonderful dedication Randy. My thoughts are with Brandy for a successful procedure and full recovery.
