Description
You're probably wondering why the hell I would post a picture of the rear bike wheel. This wheel was installed on my bike on Wednesday around 1100 because I rode my bike hard and destroyed the original wheel, specifically the axel and bearings. My dad covered the cost of replacement ($50.00 - I'll repay him next Monday). The difference in the ride was like night and day..
the old wheel had a play of 1/4 inchess or 6.35mm. I truly destroyed the wheel by riding the bike the way it was designed to be ridden, hard.

You gotta ride em the way they're supposed to be ridden!! I've ridden mine so much I need tires as well, but most of my miles are on city streets and beach boardwalks!!

A friend of mine goes through bike parts far more rapidly and works part-time for a bike shop but I don't think he ever takes home any money, just bike parts! He's the most fit person I've ever known and was a competitor in the Barcelona Olympics, and still just as fit as then!

I have three bikes to choose from but unfortunately, they sit in the shed most of the time. I am hoping to be able to start riding more once I retire, which, I hope, will be in a few months. Glad to hear you got you bike back together. From all the excellent photos you share with us, I can tell your bike server you quite well.
