Very, very sweet picture! I can see how the little boy would be bashful seeing such a pretty lady in a beautiful dress! i love how you posed the woman holding the skirt of her dress out a bit. It really gives us a good view of this gown! And the little boy is so cute!

The cat and the faery (or whatever it is) hidden in the background are just at the right place. A very good lighting and render, but a bit more of "ambient light" might have enhanced your scene, well it's just my opinion :)
