Description

Yesterday it started snowing in my hometown Gouda(NL). I was anxious to get my camera and rush to the market place to see how the old 17th century town hall was covered by the snow. There wasn't a thick layer of snow but still it looks like a fairy-tale building. Some people who know my Gallery might think : Ohhh, I know this building and they are correct. My Gallery contains two pictures of this town hall in quite a different outfit.

Oh, it DOES look like a fairytale place!! And you live on Gouda!! Smoked Gouda is just about my favorite cheese! I would love someday to try it from its source! Beautiful place you live!

I like all pictures of this building. It's fascinating and with this light and the snow it looks like a fairy-tale fortress indeed. The branch on the left-top creates extra depth. Great shot!
