I know, I know it's sappy, but winter has a really harsh grip on us by now and somehow I had to escape for a few hours... Yep, its pretty cold here in Chicago too! Yuck! Yep, this image is fantastic. At first I thought it was a photograph, when I saw the thumbnail...then I wondered if you'd gone to Thailand or some place like that. And then I zoomed to full size, looked at all of the details in this and felt warm and relaxed. I love this image: it's quite a nicely moody piece. It's relaxing, but a little bit mysterious. I don't know if the woman in the water is an actual human woman, or maybe a mermaid. You never know. She's very well done, and its perfect that you cannot see her face. That adds to the sense of mystery and that makes this into such a nice scene. It's rich. It's relaxing. I like it a lot!
