Description
To live our lives with the love for all of life in our hearts, regardless of the circumstances, is to be free. There is not a single thing in existence whose true nature is anything but Spirit, including ourselves. When we recognize this truth we begin to see how everything that happens in our lives, both pleasurable and painful, is all part of the benevolent loving energy of Spirit.When we become lovers of Spirit, our suffering ends because everything is Spirit manifesting through us, and most importantly, this teaches us to become lovers of ourselves. It becomes impossible then to judge what's good or bad. It just is. We learn to become one with life and to simply be love now. This is the Beauty of Being.-Heather Frasier
