Excellent shot Mike, but we do differ on what the perfect finger food is... I would say a couple of mine cheesecake bites and some chocolate covered strawberries ;-)

This is a really fun photo to look at - there's a lot going on here, but it all ties together so well. You have the big circular plate that takes 2/3 of the image - but wait - there's a whole world of stuff going on in the plate! There are the olives (thanks for that, Mike, now I'm hungry - love black olives), the olives are placed alomost precicely at 12 'o clock. Then there's the radial plate pattern, and a delightful bit of reflection and light at the 3 'o clock position. The knife connects the big plate to the smaller circle of glass at the top right. The pattern on the tablecloth makes a wonderful counterpoint to the round shapes, and the fork with the slight touch of red reflection is a kind of visual 'desert' if you will. Brilliant! A 'delicious' photo, Mike!

My grandson loves to put a pitted ripe olive on each of his little fingers and will leave them there and wiggle them throughout the meal, until his mommy gets after him to eat them. Great capture, Mike and thanks for reminding me of this memory! Fantastic!

OK, now we see the famous plate from the top side. Keep an eye on those olives, they can be very sneaky. Dana

LUV black olives! These are very interesting. I don't think I would eat them. They seem to be alive, moving around the plate and leaving tracks!!!

I thought I would see footprints left by Popeye's girlfriend. But this is nice too. Great reflections. Well seen.
