Description

Whimsy: A quaint and fanciful idea. A whim. Playfully odd behavior. I love whimsy. I like it even more when a city has it. Using the signpost at Pioneer Square as a guide, I was walking the five blocks to see Portlandia when I came upon these two standing on a small fountain as they greeted passersby.

What a handsome couple to watch over the water supply, I wonder if passers-by would actually throw coins in the fountain and make a wish ? definitely capricious image, BB
