It is also seen as representing enthusiasm, fascination, and energy. It is also starting to be seen as a rose that represents a new romance. This rose is recognized as being given as an expression of achievement, and congratulation, and in true tradition, orange represents Halloween, and orange roses are sold in abundance around this time of year. -
