This is a bit of an update. From humble beginnings my photography is steadily improving.I started out with a Kodak point and shoot camera and progressed to a Sony A-200 Digital SLR camera.Other equipment that i currently have is the following: Tamron 70-300mm lens. Thanks Christo! No shortage of youngsters this time! These geese are survivors of urbanism in the Western Cape, much like crows and guinea fowl. At least you still have Mallards there - in the marina they have been exterminated as they are 'not indigenous'. Clive

Marvelous! I don't get to see Egyptian geese very much, but then I don't live on the continent they come from. I really like the colors here, and the little ones are adorable and fluffy. This is so well captured: you have such a way with animals, whether they're larger ones, or really tiny, insect-sized things. This is great and a wonderful dedication too! Yeah, this is a winner of a shot on all levels.
