Description
My daughter Helen is a member of an art collective in Bristol called Jamaica Street studios, and they have taken advantage of Bristol city councils policy of pop-up shops, allowing empty shops in the city to open up for the purpose of allowing collectives such as Jamaica Street s, to offers their pieces for sale to the public. Their particular one is at the bottom of Park Street and is doing a roaring trade. There are illustrators, card producers, painters, and makers of things quirky. Helen makes and designs her own cards, she makes animals of all types, shapes and sizes, bags, draught excluders all made from recycled fabrics. Her owls, such as the one here are going like hot cakes, if you are in Bristol look in, they'll make you very welcome.
