The other day three_grrr,came up with the word Spackovia and I made an inquiry,Spackovia is the name of Spackoworld,the first settlers used by coming to Spackoine,way ,way back in time. A lot of knowledge and wisdom as well as plenty of scriptures got lost along the road ,and in the interstellar wars,especially the ones with Adolfus Schmutzz,the great uncle of August Schwengel,who exterminated various races and species, the old fart. Very interesting history lesson on the Spackoine/Spackovia issue! Yes, as worlds change, time passes, often the names do too. And this is the case here, Spackovia represents the old ways, the first settlers that came from countries and worlds such as YugoslaVIA .. and such, they wanted to keep the new world names sounding like the old home world .. so hard to let go of the past. But then new generations came, with new ideas, and they had no problem moving forward, letting the old things go. Sigh. Progress! But there are still those who believe that it's important to know their history, so that some of those old mistakes aren't repeated .. Kudos to the Alawyna The Stellar Empress, for keeping history alive!!
