My collection (Last piece of my collection, unless I get more.) Amethyst and Citrus Cactus Quartz cluster - 3 3/4 inches across or 9.525 cm Hope you all enjoyed this series and please zoom. Thanks for the comments.

Yes Kim, it was/is a real crystal-show at your gallery. Amazing collection, also this ('till now) last one, a cactus :D. You can see where the name comes from. The bright orange in it is really very special.

Superb capture, now get down to your local lapidary supplies and get some more. I usually get mine whilst on holiday, Austria and the French Alps mainly although a few are from Greece.

What a beautiful stone! The colors was just beautiful. And as someone above said, it does look like rock candy! We just watched a show on Nat'l Geographic the other evening and it was on the Lost Crystal Caves of Mexico. If you want to see some crystals that will absolutely boggle your mind, goggle Lost Crystal Caves of Mexico...these crystal dwarf the people!

Being a rock hound at heart drew me to this Instantly. Before reading I thought how it looked to be both Amethyyst and Citrine. Then my geological curiosities kick in wondering where it came from and what the matrix looked like that it came from. hobby hazards I guess...lol Magnificent macro!, and yes I did enjoy, thank you!

I lost my first quartz or someone sniped it A girlfriend sent me another one the other day Got it in a pouch with a quartz braclet......
