Description


A heroic bronze in the northwest sector of Woodward Park, Oklahoma. The statue of a warrior is approximately 15 feet above a stone base. He faces north northwest. The date on the plaque is 1907, about the time of statehood. Taken December 09, 2010. Only post-work of main image was to re-size for transmission.

love that park use to allways go there when the flowers where in bloom, and to see the rose garden About a 10 minute drive from where i live . My mom told me that the statue use to be in Central high school a long time ago , don't know when they move it to the park
