Description

Here's one that required my lighting skills and a whole lot of patience..not to mention several cups of coffee....lol.....I've been working on and off on this particular scene/landscape for about a month or so in between other projects trying to get the lighting right..I had the scene laid out and spent every night for several weeks trying different color/lighting combination until I exhausted all possibilities and then selected from those I fully rendered and decided on this one you see above..I wanted this certain combination and think I got the one I was shooting for after several attempts. All I know is adding lighting/special effects really makes the render time slow down and new this before clicking the render button but also know a lot of cool scenes/landscapes never make the light of day simply because of not having the patience to see it through..I understand that they would turn out a heck of a lot better if more lighting technique is applied and that's what I wanted this time....more bling....lol...sometimes I have to give in and go watch paint dry or read a book or watch a movie or what ever and not worry about the length of time and just basically set it and forget it until it finishes..I know I'm guilty of a few "what it could of been" instead of not finding the patience to just let it render all the way.....this is one of those times I'm glad I showed restraint...So any way ....Her you go...Hope it gets you in that Holiday Spirit if you were not already...(smile)... Have a Great Weekend!! House from Archive3d.net The rest was created in Bryce using basic this and that's/boolens/shapes and post work was done in Adobe Elements 8..

by the time I'm done typing this, it will be Saturday - ooop, there it is - lol 2 more weeks til Christmas.... another year it's here, and another year something (hernia) came up to prevent me from having money to get my loved ones presents.... Your house came out SWEET... This is one of the reasons why I want to own a house... I'm buying a townhome - 2 years from now, the house if the health cooperates with me - lol I have a house in posr - it's the psycho house - lol... If I had the time, I'd love to spruce it up like you did here - cool.

"never make the light of day simply because of not having the patience to see it through." True, "It is the end that signify the genius" Nietzsche It is awesome. I am glad you had the patience. It is a really beautiful house which you have beautifully lit. Especially I like the background light from the sky!

Looks like my place which I sold four years ago mind blowing taxes, heating and air conditioning cost enough to drive one bonkers. Went Condo., guess that's what you do at a certain age. In Cyber Ville it looks great. Your patience paid off my man superb lighting with a wonderful mood. George

Magnificent image! Your work on the lighting has paid off in spades!!! Love the scene and the bunny in the front yard is a wonderful detail that is easy to overlook simply because the lighting is so well done. Congrats on a true work of art worthy of framing and hanging on the wall.
