MB3D / PSP Thank you for stopping for a closer look. Any and all comments are always welcome and appreciated. While folks around here are busy trimming Christmas trees and putting lights on their house the folks on Fractalovia take it a step further. Instead of decorating things here and there for the season, they actually decorate their planet. Today's image is a picture of an entire bulb colony a few light years from here where the normally drab green little planet is festively colored. This image was shot with the super spy satellite shown in my gallery yesterday. Looking forward to a great weekend, its supposed to snow a bit but the good thing is the temperature is supposed to actually get up above -20C sometime this weekend. I'm hoping there is finally some truth to this global warming scam, it would be very welcome here. Have a wonderful weekend. Jim Yesterday's image:

Ah, the "Star Region", one of may favorite parts of bulb anatomy and very well displayed in your image. I also like the concept of decorating an entire planet; there is a sort of Nazca Lines feel about the idea. A great image, and great concept for a great occasion, and for great reasons (You probably see where I am going with this) GREAT!

Super coloring.What harmony you have created. Sure would be nice if the planet earth could be so cordial. Appears the folks on Fractalovia are very peacful at Christmas. Very good fractal and story. I truly agree with Abysimus's ending comment.
