Description

Bryce7Pro/DazStudio/Photoshop This image is the result of some very helpful info on using the DTE in the Skylab,as well as other settings in Bryce, that was passed on to me by Mirek(tse60).I had never really delved into this area before this, and Mirek's skies in his images were always a source of inspiration. As a result of some tweaking of noise and phase settings, this sky was the result...I am really keen to explore this area more in future images! Figure is Michael 3 from Daz3D(with various pieces of clothing also from Daz). Terrains are custom creations rendered in a Brinnen snow and rock texture, plane is a Brinnen icy plane texture.Ship is a Bryce7 Pro model used in a previous image.Sky,light and atmo are all custom...gamma correction turned off and RGB settings used.Rendered in Premium with soft shadows, blurry transmissions and reflections selected.Postwork in Photoshop consisted of additional glow effects to cabin glass, signature and resizing. Thanks for viewing and any comments...and a big thanks to Mirek for his input!

What I can say... I'm glad I could help. This work is "in your style" - a bit hazy and gray. More sunlight would be great... but it is only my subjective opinion ;)

That is certainly some unique cloud/sky effects for Bryce- perfect blustery, cold look.

Very nice atmosphere! I'll have to look into that next time I do an image that has an atmosphere...

Quite a sky! Wonderful sense of isolation in this one. Like that cute lander, too.

Nice sense of scale here, and of course, the icy environs make for a great image!

Really beautiful work, I like how the lander and figure are small and lonely in this very impressive landscape. Great job!
