What a beautiful fly! I've never seen a marmalade hoverfly before, and I must say this is a handsome specimen. The poppy is incredibly gorgeous, and as always, you capture everything perfectly. This is amazing work--as always! I love it.

Stunning capture Ursula. here it is overcast and the heavens opend and it is pouring,rain,rain and more rain.On the stove I am busy preparing a big pot of soup. I will send some over for everyone.
