Description
The opening scene from "The Three Sillies" story, where the main characters are introduced: The farmer, his wife, their daughter, and the gentleman who is courting their daughter.
I meant to post the images in this series closer together; it's been a few weeks since the other two went up. Look for "Cows Away" and "One Sillier Person" in my gallery if you're interested in seeing them.

This works nicely -- and a style that is much more sophisticated than it appears, making it very effective but deceptively simple at first glance.
