Description
It took me quite a while to come up with a design that I liked. I knew it was going to be blue and snowy but that's about it when I started. The character used is one I like so much that I'll eventually make her for commercial use, her name is Soyala. The painted rose at the bottom and the big snowflakes were made by Jaguarwoman. I love her stuff! The rest of the image was made by me.
