Description

(this work was done in late 2003) my final project in 3d modeling class(first month of working with Maya) we had to choose a real life object and build it with nurbs geometry which at the time was the only kind we had been taught to use. let me tell you lol using nurbs to make hard edges is a pain especially when the class was a month long and we had a week and 1/2 to work on the final project. so everyone brought in some item from home and stared at it for a week recreating it in 3d some people brought razors, cellphones, paintball masks, game machines anything and everything you could imagine all i brought was my watch i wore to school every day lol.. every bit of detail you see is pure geometry all i did when i finished is take the bits of geometry and color them appropriately. If you like what you see make sure to check out the rest of my gallery =)
