Description
Somewhere in a warm garage in Wisconsin...
Reborn and saved from the scrap heap and the farm it was discovered on I would like to present this Classic 1970 Chevelle for your drooling pleasure...lol..Refitted with a "BIG BLOCK" 396, this barely legal beauty just squeaks under the radar...I would like to apologize to a few folks that didn't seem to take to kindly about me using such a rare classic in my last rendering (Roots Run Deep)displaying it in such dire straights...I mean the tree alone made for some good firewood...lol..But I tell you..some of your comments gave me such a gut ache from laughing so damn hard that I thought it was only fitting and fair that some redemption was in order especially so close to Christmas..So with that said...I hope this gets me back in a few folks good graces....(sinister smile)..
Trust me it pains me to have to manipulate these classic's but then I get to rebuild them out of guilty pleasure...I know I'm twisted and demented at times but we all have a few moments of insanity from time to time..lol..So I hope i'm forgiven...

Cool image. My friend owned a souped-up 67 Chevelle in the mid 70's...he totaled it before the first payment. I owned a white 69 Camaro in the early 80's, customized very cool car...I'll never forget my new wife while riding around in my Camaro asked: "Honey, why are all these guys looking at me?....I said, babe, they're not looking at you...they're looking at this car". I sold it because I was in the USAF and scheduled to go overseas. My father sold it to another father who was buying it for his son's 16th birthday. I doubt the car survived....:(. Anyway here's what I'm workin on now: http://www.camaro5.com/forums/camarogarage.php?do=garage&id=26714 Chevy Camaro LIVES!!!

VRROOOOM! - This old geezer graduated in 1969 and saw MANY of these 396 SS. They were FAST as HECK. The ONLY issue with THEM and the Camaro Z-28's of the day, were that the OWNER better KNOW how to FIX them. WINK. Got any MOPAR 'Roadrunner' cars? BEEP! BEEP! (Had a 1974 Roadrunner. 360 cubic inch)

I have always been a fan of muscle cars. If I knew how to drive, I would of had one by now.
