Hello.
Recent visit to Brisbane where we can find this ferris wheel. No flashy colors just a cold icy white light makes this 'spinner' a stunner in the night.
I made a little google search about this F'wheel and I did not find any grunged up picture of it. So I thought I use some layers to make a painted, dreamy effect.
I have to pack and plan a holiday so will be little commenting...sorry.
...oh and if I forget it Merry season to all of you.
