Description

This is our little town square all lit up for Christmas....And I thought the for real quaint little setting would make a good Christmas card...My cousin and I was out that night and she helped me capture the image... Well as most of you know I had my bone marrow biopsy done...He didn't go through the hip as he said he was...went through my back with a long long needle...Gave me sleepy stuff but had no effect hardly...and numbing shots...with hardly any effects...Took 2 nurses to hold my legs down as I felt the needle going in my back and felt like he was doing CPR on my back...I could feel my bones crunching and crumbling as he did this... I was hollering and wincing in pain...my blood pressure shot off the roof...and never will I have this done again unless it is in an operating room with anesthesia... Didn't tell me I would be sore or hurting when the numbing wore off,I ended up in ER first time in quite awhile...Got a pain shot and that eased me somewhat...Hubby rubbed some salve on my back and he thinks a bone is broken...I am swelled up...bruised and still hurting.....This is the worst procedure I have ever had done & I have been through a lot...Will know the results next month and gonna let this Dr have it..He doesn't like me and I don't like him.....the feeling is mutual...but thought I would let you all know I did have it done and your prayers help me make it through it...... I want to wish you all a very Merry Christmas...and I want to thank you so much for your friendship,kindness, and support...You all are a great bunch of friends...more like an extended family...I have no brothers or sisters so you all are my brothers and sisters.....I am thankful for all of you......... I just added 3 borders,skipped the frame I thought it would take away from the image...and added the heading text and my name..... We are under a winter weather advisory starting tomorrow at 1pm and lasting until sometime Sat..they could up it to a warning...just now watching the path it is taking...but we are getting some of the white stuff for Christmas..I still have to get my turkey and hope I am feeling able to have my Christmas dinner and be up for this unlike I was at Thanksgiving...where I was sick from the chemo...... All post work as usual done in PSP9 And also wanted to thank you for all the comments on my last image...Gorgeous Icy Grass...It made it to GOM....I was so surprised and quite tickled as well......... As always thank you for your comments on this image...and for those of you who favorite this image as well.........And yep our town square does look like an old picture postcard....They re did the square last summer so it does look better than what it did...It like you go back in time when you get to our little town LOL....It's just small and quaint and everyone knows everyone...Just a homey little ole hometown.... Again Merry Christmas to all of you I hope you have a wonderful holiday........Open presents you love, eat,drink, and be Merry.... But most of all thank you for your continued friendship and support Hugs n love Susan aka Blush~ P.S The building at the back with the wreath on the door is our county courthouse,it is the oldest courthouse west of the Allenghies Mountains..We now have a newer more modern courthouse on the other side of town built just this spring...Courtesy of our tax dollars at work..It really is pretty....but this is an original with all the original wood floors etc..and they have tours at Christmas and other various times at well........

your town looks so charming...do like how the square has been decked out for the holidays! wonderful capture of this delightful scene...so sorry to hear about your tribulations with the doctor and tests...best change doctors if the two of don't like each other though...hope your Christmas has been a wonderful one...big hugz to ya, barb.

It's very beautiful! Sorry I have not been around for the Holidays, but we were very busy with family during Christmas, and after that. It will be nice to get back into a nice routine! Hope you are doing fine.
