Description
My first attempt on combining one of my photosourced textures (made in DeepPaint3D) with a custom-made FBM (made in Blender) to fit V4 to the actual person I photosourced the skin texture from.
No postwork save composing. Smaller image in the background is 'Liana', the photoreference by 3d.sk which I used to photosource the skin texture from.

The likeness isn't dead-on, but it's pretty good for your first try :D Love the skin texture, though.
