Description
View is from Temple IV which is 64m high and is the highest building in Tikal and the highest Indian building known in the western hemisphere. It was completed about 741AD in the reign of Ah-Cacau's son.
The view is to the east and shows from left to right Temple I (The Temple of the Grand Jaguar), 44m high, Temple II which is 38m high, and Temple III which is 55m high.
Temples I and II are directly across each other at the Great Plaza.
Temple III is located across the Tozzer Causeway south of the West Plaza.
I spent one day at Tikal but could have easily spent several days there to see and comprehend it all.

@Richardphotos. Temple III is an example of that. It has not been cleared of the jungle yet its very top is towering over the trees!
