One of the promo images i did for sixus1 Xom-B package for V4. The definitive pack to turn any V4 character into a rotten hungry zombie in a few clicks with a python script to add terrible wounds. You can find it at the sixus1 store.
Please note the blood on clothes is from the gore-dom pack by dragonstoorm at daz3d.

Really cool, I love his stuff and this is a great promo. I think with her arm some bone showing with a wound that deep would be a good touch.
