Oh, I LOVE lotus flowers and the pods they leave behind. I have wanted one for our koi pond ever since we put the pond in, but they are NOT winter hardy and we would have to bring it in and try to keep it alive over the winter. We have a separate shower and tub, so we could keep it in the tub, but I have a brown thumb and all I need to do is LOOK at a plant and it dies, LOL. If you ever get a chance to smell a lotus flower, don't miss it!!!
