Description

A couple of days ago I saw a teenage girl fix a little treat for breakfast. She gave her mother a taste, the mother said oh this is good but you probably shouldn’t be eating it. The daughter is a little chubby, not fat but a little chubby. The daughter left the room in tears. I wanted to punch the mother in the face but since I couldn’t do that I wrote this poem on the daughters behalf. It never stops to amaze me how the people who should love you the most can hurt you the worse

A alma e a sensibilidade poética cumpre o papel de nos avisar que ainda somos humanos, um grande poeta traduz isto de uma maneira tocante, brilhante revelação de sentimentos que só um grande poeta poderia fazer meu amigo, aplausos mil The soul and the poetic sensitivity fulfils the role of tell us that we are still human, a great poet translates this in a way, brilliant revelation of feelings that only a great poet could make my friend, applause thousand

Sounds like my dad...never had a good encouraging word to say to me. He is now 78 and regretting his past in many ways, maybe this one mom will to. My kids are my world and I'd have it no other way. Beautiful words Randy.

This one actually gave me chills. There is an old joke that goes, "If I wanted to be insulted and humiliated I wouldn't be with you, I'd go home." Outstanding writing.
