Description
A cluster of fragrant silver roses and a satin sapphire gown.
It didn't take long to figure that there was a moonlight tryst proposed. So, donning the gown, a simple silver circlet and gathering the roses into her hand, Andromeda waited until all the late night noise of the Palace ceased, then padded down the Grand Stair.
There were more of the silvery rose petals scattered along the floor and out to the moon bathed gardens. But no sign of Perseus.
Curiosity always did manage to get the best of her at times, where Perseus was concerned at any rate. So, she followed the trail laid out for her to the moonlight drenched garden and into an area of them she had not been before.
A shimmering fountain dominated the garden and the calls of night birds and soft splash of water against a marble basin of the fountain.
From behind her she heard Perseus's voice: "I hope you like the surprise..."
She smiled and purred softly, glancing over her shoulder. "Of course I do. The gardens and fountain are lovely."
She heard him chuckle and turned to face him.
"Ah," he smiled, "but that is only the tip of the iceberg, my dear..." Then took her hand gently and lead her to the heart of the gardens themselves.
But that story will continue later...
