Description
I did some suttle corrections to the exposer to allow more highlights and reflections to be seen. Also I had to do some layering changes/adjustments to achieve the darker look on the backside of the glass. I still am not that good with PSD but I am learning. My passion is in AE but for some reason my mind just gets stuck or feels limited in PSD. Anyways, I welcome any opinions to make this render look better. The left shoulder area is the only thing I am not that happy with, but art is not perfection it is just art. It just baffels me to know end that when doing a 3D rendering how unresponsive it is to real time. In the work I do in AE I know what it is going to look and feel like 100 percent before I render the clip. But in all the 3D programs I have used and use at present its render and see. This is also a concept I am trying to get me head around.
The good thing though, is that it really makes me pay attention to light placement and how certain colors and materials act/look under certain lighting conditions. This detailed approach also helps me in all the other software programs I use.
As always, Thanks for viewing and your comments and opinions are welcome and extrememly helpful in my learning process.

I like this much better...the light appears to glow much like in the movie.I don't know what caused the problem in the shoulder area, but in Photoshop I would use the blur tool set to low opacity and soft brush and blend the edges more to smooth the transition from light to dark more. The clone tool set to the same low opacity can also help in this. Other than that, one could almost take the imperfection as a scar of some type. Great work all around!

Wonderful image. I know nothing about AE, but I do know the frustration of setting up a 3D scene, waiting, sometimes hours, and seeing a glaring mistake or problem, lol. I do not see that in this image, so great work.

Excellent work! Love that pose. The 'holding up' of the knee gives great character/attitude.
