Bonni Elizabeth Hall
Born 27 May 1964 (you do the math) in New York City, formally educated in Fine and Applied Art and Design with a special interest in Graphic Design and Art History. I've been on the net since 1993, and doing digital creation of one sort or another for all of that time. Living happily and permanently in Melbourne, Australia with my Alpha Geek Aussie husband, our Aussie children, some cats, rats, and mice (because I'm a volunteer foster carer for a rodent rescue group).
Don't let the membership date in my member information fool you; I've been a member here since 2000. I was away from the community for over a year (pregnancy, moving, other stuff that took my attention) and my membership expired (yeah, they used to do that here, believe it or not!). I was a customer of DAZ3D when they were Zygote. In other words, I've been around a while. I used to do a lot of freelance web design and digital art on commission (i.e., for paying clients), on contract, and also for my own enjoyment, but these days I mostly just do it for my own entertainment. I'm also an enthusiastic digital photographer, purely for the love of it.
I'm currently working (slowly) on a degree in Ancient History (just because), so that's taking up most of my time, and it's why I'm not really hanging around here very much or very often.

The song is "Under the Boardwalk". Classic nineteen-fifties close harmony by The Drifters, and has been re-recorded by all kinds of people since then. Look it up on YouTube, it's a great song. :)

Blinkings, if you check my gallery, there's another shot of this same pier, featuring a whole row of folks fishing. ;)

Love under-the-pier shots! Your pier there is nicely textured, and makes for an interesting image. Nicely done!
