Description
My very first completed Vue d'Esprit 4 pic (got the program yesterday after testing it some weeks ago).
The turtle is a wonderful character from DAZ created by Robert Whisenant; I experimented with the water height and sun position a time until I got this final state. The only thing I'm not satisfied is the shadow of the turtle, it could be softer (though I rendered with "Ultra" mode on) - what do you think about the pic?
Thx for viewing and comments and have a nice start into the new week! :)

The turtle is very cool looking and the water level is nicely done.

Great picture, love the reflection effects. Regarding soft shadows: Ultra mode is not enough. You have to switch to User Settings, enable "Optimise Last Rendering Pass" and raise the "Superior" anti-aliasing option to something like 9 sub-samples per pixel for full quality. Give it a shot.rb

Great pic... for the shadow, just set on the sun smoothest shadows & I guess the result will be as you want

I think it's wonderful. I still can't do a decent underwater after about a year.....Sigh!!!
